Sirius Business Ltdが著者でした。どちらも無料のアプリのようです。Androidの最終更新日が2023-02-28になっていたので、告知前に既に公開していたのかもしれません。iOSアプリの公開日に告知を合わせたのかもしれません。
アプリに関する質問は「irislib/faq」にFAQを用意しているとのことです。
