現状、モバイル版のみの提供です。Android版で動作を確認できました。
投稿時に、画像アイコンのところにGIFと投票のマークが表示されます。GIFの場合GIPHYからアニメーションGIFを検索して添付できます。投票は24時間が期限で、選択肢は最大4択のようです。
試験
またほぼ同じタイミングで、投稿のプロフィールへのピン留め、閲覧数表示の試験を少人数を対象に開始したと発表されました。

First, we’re testing a way to show view counts on Threads posts, to see if it’s a helpful measure to understand whether the post is resonating with your community. Second, we’re testing a way for you to pin a post to your profile, or pin a reply to your post – tap “pin to profile” or “pin reply” in the 3-dot menu. Both tests are live now for a small number of people.View on Threads
試験対象者であれば、投稿の右上の […] を選ぶと [pin to profile]/[pin reply] が表示されるので、これを選ぶとプロフィールに固定表示できるようです。
